Habitat for Humanity is an ecumenical, grassroots Christian non-profit organization that provides homes in partnership with families currently living in substandard housing. Houses are built by volunteers, sold at no profit with no-interest mortgage payments, including taxes and insurance. This is a volunteer-driven organization with volunteers working on construction, administration, fundraising, and just about everything in between.
